If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no exchanges or refunds on any item(s) that have been used or don't have its original packaging. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories. Any electrical appliance that has been opened/used, and the seal of the electrical cord has been untied - return or exchange will not be honored and there will be no refund issued.

If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods.
